Where do I start?
I trained professionally at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall – Check them out here , Following in the footsteps of our incredible trainee chefs and following the ethos of classic, rustic Italian cooking, giving me the chance to learn and grow and experience food at its best.
I worked for several years as a chef before taking a career change to look after family. Learnt a lot about the industry and its array of people, places and experiences! Worked my arse off and tried my best to manage life outside and inside the kitchen.
I now work for the amazing charity behind Fifteen Cornwall – Cornwall Food Foundation (my opinions are my own and not of the foundation)
Working in the community to help people out of work back into it by using food to build confidence and change lives.
I love cooking food, eating food and discovered I LOVE writing about food!
These are my thoughts, feeling, opinions. I can offer advice, tips, hints and general hilarity.
